Halloweezy Time

Since I am the procrastinator extroadinaire, I realized today was crunch time as far as Halloween costumes go. I've know for days that I want to be a hippie (it speaks to my inner personality), I just had not bought the costume yet.

So today, I checked out of work a bit early in order to conquer the costume shopping world. I hit up all the classic shops, but none of the hippie outfits really were what I wanted. I did not want a sparkly, hooch costume. Too typical.

I finally took my search online, hoping it wouldn't be too late. That's when I found it. Not only the perfect hippie outfit, but also the faux leather, knee high boots with flower cut out. Want to see what it looks like, click the title of this post. Fabulous right!

Funday Friday

Hello Friday! I have been counting down the days till your arrival. I cannot wait to fully enjoy you. Yes, I do have class till 11:30. Yes, I do have a test at 1:30. And yes, I do have work till 6. After that though, Friday, you are all mine!

Plans for this Halloween's Eve: costume party. I will be attending as a referee. Unoriginal? Yes. I usually pride myself on my originality, but I have been rather busy these days and just threw this together. On the bright side, I will have a whistle as well as yellow flags. I plan on throwing the flags everywhere. It will be quite entertaining to me.

Also, on Sunday starts NaNoWriMo. I attached the link to the post. It is basically a mayhem month of off the cuff writing. I am reasonably nervous, and I will keep you updated on how my writing pans out.

Finally, I finished "Are you there Vodka? It's me, Chelsea". It is laugh out loud funny and an easy read. I might read it again to find the best quotes. Ten out of ten.

Au revoir! I am off to embrace my Friday. May the spirits of Halloween be with you. And remember... Trick? or Treat?
